Established in 1956, Hunter Group CPA LLC (formerly RD Hunter & Company LLC) is a Bergen County, NJ-based regional firm of Certified Public Accountants and business advisors with a diversified practice. Our firm is dedicated to serving the needs of closely held and family-owned businesses that classify themselves as either small or middle-market enterprises. Our clients are in varied industries, however the firm has particular expertise in manufacturing, distribution, real estate management, wholesale, healthcare and professional services industries.

Our directors and managers are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and hold certificates as Certified Public Accountants in New York and New Jersey as well as other East Coast States. 

The firm is a member in good standing of the Private Companies Practice Section of the Division of CPA firms sponsored by the AICPA. In addition, Hunter Group is an active member of CPAmerica, an international network of mid-sized accounting firms that share information and resources to deliver seamless service solutions to clients regardless of their geographic requirements. The firm is also a member of the Financial Consulting Group, L.C., a professional source for valuation and litigation services.
